I have to admit that it's taken me several days, and many readings of your post, to get to a place where I feel I can internalize your message. It's so so hard to focus on love and kindness right now. It's like trying to hurry home through a crowd of 5000 people. But the crowd is beginning to thin out and I think I'm going to make it. Worn out, weary and frustrated, I know I'll get there thanks to people like you. Your insights and persistence give us something to hold onto.
"In a culture that spends a lot of time on what's wrong, I want to spend more time on what's beautiful and right." Me, too. Thanks for this. It's empowering.
I just posted on my own blog site a recommendation to read Judith Viorst's 1972 masterpiece "Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day." Because you know? It really does help to get it out, and know somebody else gets it, loves you, and is there for you the next morning. Even if you move to Australia! 💜
I loved this so much that I read it three times. Thank you. ❤️
Thank you for writing this! ❤️

Keep up the good work.
Like grief, love takes the time it takes. Onward.

This feel like a hearty winter stew for the soul on this cold and uncertain winter day. Thanks for the lift.
